1. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered in any way may not be eligible for a return.
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Exchanges

Size and Color Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
